We will, of course, always handle personal data about you in accordance with the relevant legislation. We are the controller of personal data relating to the True-Kare products, services and the website and you can contact us regarding privacy matters at we@true-kare.com.
PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION AND PASSWORD
All encrypted information regarding yourself in the WebSelfCare (User Portal) is only accessible by your user, users who you delegate this authorization and by True-Kare/Distributor where you acquired the service for technical support.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Please take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is confidential and secure.
If your password has become known or used by anyone else, you should immediately change or reset the password. If you have reset the password, you will receive an email (email address you’ve indicated in the registration) with a link to change it.
GOOGLE MAPS
As True-Kare Service provides access to Google Maps and collects information regarding users of Google Maps, including (but not limited to) identifiable information such as user name, the location of your True-Kare device and your location.
Google may also gather personal information about you may in accordance with Google’s privacy policy. Google’s privacy policy, as amended by Google from time to time, is currently available at http://www.google.com/privacy.html.
OTHER privacy INFORMATION
We will also collect anonymous data during usage. This information does not contain any unique identification. We use it to improve the accuracy of the services, the maps and for creating related new services

We implemented several technical mechanisms to protect service, namely we encrypt all information in the website and in the communications between the phone and service platform, and only allow your user of the account to access to that information. you will introduce personal information in the Website, voluntarily . Data regarding the location of True-Kare devices will be retained in our databases for sixty (60) days from when the relevant data was gathered.
